Thought Forms Observed

Summary

Dreamtime this morning showed me how my thoughts can imprison me.  As long as I carry low vibration thought forms, fears, and beliefs in my aura I will not be free.  I was so curious about this that I did a quick internet search with the intention of learning more about thought forms.  As usual, the Universe delivered.  Written in 1901, “Thought-Forms” is now in the public domain. Project Gutenberg has provided a free e-book version of a very scientific and interesting short book (listed on our Resources page). In this post I intermingle my understanding with some information from that book (link to the online e-book here). I also provide a few examples of the photography from the book that shows thought forms. Lastly, I discuss how we are not our thoughts and how we can free ourselves from their prison. 

Deeper Dive

It is a scientific fact that thoughts are actually energetic clusters; “thought forms”.  They are formed from within our aura; our mental activity (thought) produces a vibrational wave of energy which takes form and leaves our aura as a free-ranging energy cluster.  The more acute the thought, the more defined its cluster or form.  

The thought form floats through the astral plane until it finds someone with a similar vibrational pattern. Like attracts like; when it finds someone’s aura that contains a similar vibration, it moves to it and attaches to that person at that vibrational access point.  Thus, if a person is in a crabby mood, more crabby thoughts occur which manifest undesirable experiences.  If someone is in a joyful mood, more joy blossoms all around. 

Colors and Shapes

Interestingly, in the book “Thought Forms”, the authors explain how these thought forms can be photographed.  And they provide some very interesting examples.  

Thoughts of high vibration and benevolent intent are brightly colored and can take on shapes of sacred geometry.  

Thoughts of low vibration and malevolent intent are dark, cloudy, muted colors and oftentimes take on shapes of claws, daggers, and other deadly forces. 

People with clairvoyant abilities are able to see these thought forms.  I challenge the reader to pay attention to people who are in a deep emotional state.  Perhaps you can see their thought forms too.

Thoughts induced by prayers or during meditation give beautiful sacred geometry.  
We Are Not Our Thoughts

A seasoned shaman once explained that we are not our thoughts.  But wait, we just said our thoughts create vibrational energy that is in our aura.  Yes, but that is not the person.  The person is the soul and the attention point. The person is not their beliefs nor their fears nor their thoughts.  

As such, I am NOT my thoughts.  My thoughts do not define me.  

Detaching from one’s thoughts allows a person to observe them.  Become separate from the thought forms and begin to choose higher vibrational thoughts.  We know we are not our thoughts when we have the ability to choose a different option. If we were our thoughts, we would not have a choice. Like our hands are our hands are our hands; we have no choice in the matter.  Our thoughts are a different story; they are not us and we are not them.  

Release from Thought Prison

Once we can fully embrace the fact that we are not our thoughts, we can detach from them.  Once detached, we can observe from a third-person perspective.  

Ask: 

  • Where did it come from? 
  • Am I suppressing fears or beliefs that attracted this thought? If yes, perhaps a bit of personal work will allow you to release old patterns that no longer serve you. And thus, you will no longer attract such thoughts. 
  • Do I agree with the thought?  If not, choose to let it go and completely detach from its energy.  

With Earth’s energy ascending, we can actually release low vibrational thought patterns quite quickly.  And very soon, a person can be completely free of the thought prison.  When a person becomes aware of their thoughts, quickly we can choose to stop, say “CORRECTION” and then say a high vibration phrase that replaces the low vibration thought. 

Here are a few examples of high vibrational, benevolent thoughts:

  • I am love
  • The Universe is abundant
  • I am in perfect health
  • I am filled with joy
  • Mother Earth nurtures my soul
  • I am in my sovereign authority

This actually works well. Give it a try and let us know your outcome.  

Conclusion

As mentioned above, energies are attracted by energies like them. With positive affirmations, a person attracts energies of similar vibration.  Transversely, once a person releases all low vibration thoughts, fears, and beliefs from their aura, they no longer attract these kinds of thought forms to them.  So, once a person is free of thought form prison, they remain free.
