It is so exciting to be able to share an exercise I was gifted from Swami Amar Jyoti who is in Spirit form. I mentioned this exercise in the prior blog post “Swami Speaks“.
Guided to now share this exercise in the video, I enhance the experience by adding a metal bowl meditation.
Wind, rain, and overcast weather brings a Divine Message about how we perceive our external world. Again, energies of Scorpio assist with this message as it reminds us of the reflection/mirroring that occurs. And, ‘Return of the Bird Tribe’ continues to be the theme of this travel season for me. They assisted throughout the ceremony. And as I edited the video in preparation of it being published, vulture held vigil in the RV park where I am currently staying.
