Introduction:
Impromptu and adlib, once again I conduct the ceremony without really knowing what will come in the next moment. It has been really interesting to stand in front of cameras and not know what I’m going to say or do. And then to simply allow whatever to flow through me; it is exhilarating and empowering. The experience of conducting these ceremonies has really pushed me into trusting my Inner Divine. And I am learning that this trust is an ever-deeper cycle, like everything else.
Ceremony:
The natural environment plays a huge role in this ceremony; the edginess of resident alligators and venomous snakes, the plethora of insects, the cypress trees, the duckweed upon the slow water, and the amazing birds.
It turned into a powerful ceremony for all to participate at their own comfort level. Full participation is sure to assist with upshiftment upon the Spiritual ascension path. Recording took place at my campsite, on the edge of the slow waters that are rather common in this area of the United States.
Meditation:
Once again, an exercise in trust. Whew!
I knew I was going to do a meditation with the water here at this location, but I had no idea we would be submerging ourselves into it. I also knew the Great White Egret was going to play some sort of a role because I was guided to video him in the tree earlier that day.
During ceremony, I simply trusted whatever came. Then as I began editing the video, I had a big surge of fear and doubt: “People are going to think I’m crazy! Submerging into that water! No way! No one is going to do that!”
Big deep breath in. Big deep breath out. Big deep breath in. Big deep breath out.
“Okay, I’ll continue to trust and see what transpires.”
Then as I was editing the finer details of the entire Ceremony, I began to feel the flow of things. I began to see the energy build and the importance of the meditation. And, as I listened to the drumming and the meditation, I shifted into the energy of it. And then I knew that it was indeed a powerful, important experience for all to have.

Conclusion:
And so, I have relaxed and released a few fears in this process. I now neutrally say: “think I am crazy if you’d like. That’s your free will choice.” It’s all good. No worries. Personally, I choose to stand and proudly present this meditation and ceremony as a whole for all to experience.
Humbly serving.
Blessings,
Lila
