In this hour-long workshop, Lila provides details about who the Inner Goddex is and how to commune with your Inner Goddex.
This is our first Inner Goddex Focus workshop so Lila will be covering more of the introductory topics. She will be spending time answering questions as well.
Lila then guides the group into a meditation that assists you to engage your soul level that is your Inner Goddex.
This month’s guided meditation will focus on learning to sink in and locate the Inner Goddex.
