Our Zoom session on December 17, 2024 will once again focus on our soul aspects that reside within and their energetic ties to our Inner Goddez.
We have 8 soul aspects that reside at every inner sphere. During this session, we will guide your higher self to locate a soul aspect who wants to receive healing attention. This is a powerful process that transmutes this soul fractal to a higher level of awareness. This is the ascension process.

Lila begins these workshops with a short educational introduction to terms and the ascension process as defined in her healing modality.
Lila’s Oversoul provides Divine guidance on the monthly topic. This topic is explored the first couple weeks of the month via YouTube video, newsletter, social media, etc.
This workshop starts with a discussion of the monthly topic. Oftentimes, further wisdom is shared from Lila’s Oversoul during the workshop. A brief timeframe for questions is provided to assure all have clarity on the topic. Next, we move into a guided meditation that leads to about 10 minutes of personal healing. Lila provides music during the personal healing. When that portion is complete, Lila provides a gentle call back from the meditative healing. The hour comes to a close with a final question and answer segment.
