The topic of our January 21, 2025 Zoom workshop is your ENERGY BODY.
As we assemble in the Zoom space, Lila will take a moment to assess your energy body’s current status.
We may learn things like: Has your energy body merged with your Light Body? If not, there something we can do in this workshop to assist that? Is there a block or negative program holding your energy body in a static place? What is the current wellness status of your energy body?
I will provide this information to you via the Zoom chat function so that you know your status coming in. And then, you are able to utilize this information to optimize your healing experience throughout the workshop.
All are welcome, no matter where you are on your awakening, spiritual path.
Generally:
Lila begins these workshops with a short educational introduction to terms and the ascension process as defined in her ‘Soul Evolution’ modality.
This workshop starts with a discussion. Oftentimes, further wisdom is shared from Lila’s Spirit Essence during the workshop. A brief timeframe for questions is provided to assure all have clarity on the topic. Next, we move into a guided meditation that leads to about 10 minutes of personal healing. Lila provides music during the personal healing. When that portion is complete, Lila provides a gentle call back from the meditative healing. Next, Lila’s Spirit Essence assists with a clearing and transmutation process that leaves your area of focus at its optimal. Next, Lila provides a fun way for you to see whether you made progress during the session. And finally, the hour comes to a close with a question and answer segment.
