Lila begins these workshops with a short educational introduction to terms and the ascension process as defined in her healing modality.
Lila’s Oversoul provides Divine guidance on the monthly topic. This topic is explored the first couple weeks of the month via YouTube video, newsletter, social media, etc.
This workshop starts with a discussion of the monthly topic. Oftentimes, further wisdom is shared from Lila’s Oversoul during the workshop. A brief timeframe for questions is provided to assure all have clarity on the topic. Next, we move into a guided meditation that leads to about 10 minutes of personal healing. Lila provides music during the personal healing. When that portion is complete, Lila provides a gentle call back from the meditative healing. The hour comes to a close with a final question and answer segment.
